Before you connect an inbox
Review the permissions your email provider asks you to approve; mailbox access may be broader than the messages this patch uses. Patches retains matching messages and attachments, extracted details, and an encrypted access credential. Content being processed is sent to its AI providers.
Revoke access in your email provider’s connected-app settings. This does not delete data already imported; delete the patch to remove its data. Read the Privacy Policy.

Check the date before relying on it.
Patches labels deadlines confirmed or assumed. Even a confirmed label needs a check: a stated return window may start on delivery, rather than the purchase date. Verify both the window and its starting date against the retailer’s terms before relying on the deadline.

Does Patches return items or collect refunds for me?
No. You arrange the return with the retailer and update its status in your patch. Refund confirmations are not automatically matched to your purchases.
Can I track warranties too?
Yes. Add the warranty end date and order reference alongside the purchase details, with reminders before the deadline.
