1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of Patches during invited testing. The service currently identifies its operator as Patches B.V. — Netherlands. The operating company has not yet been incorporated; registration, address and formal entity details will be added when confirmed.
2. What Patches does
Patches provides small apps for everyday jobs, including Subscription Tracker, Document Vault and Health Record. Ready patches are supported experiences. Experimental patches are usable but may change. Experimental status does not indicate different privacy or security treatment.
3. Tester access
Access is limited to invited testers. Keep your sign-in method private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
4. Your content and connected accounts
Your content remains yours. You allow Patches and its service providers to store and process it only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service you use. Only connect accounts and add information you are entitled to use.
5. Check important information
Imported or extracted information can be incomplete or wrong. Check amounts, renewal dates, expiry dates, medication notes and other important details against the original source. Patches is not a system of record and should not be your only copy of important documents.
6. Health information
Health Record organises information you provide. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a qualified clinician or emergency service.
7. Returns, renewals and payments
Patches may remind you about a date or charge. It does not cancel subscriptions, renew documents, submit returns, recover refunds or make claims for you.
8. Availability and changes
Testing may involve changes, interruptions and reasonable usage limits. We may change or withdraw Experimental patches. We will not knowingly remove your access to export options where they are already supported without giving reasonable notice.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users or use Patches to harm someone.
10. Ending use
You may stop using Patches and delete patches or your account through the available product controls. Export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk or legal necessity.
11. Liability and consumer rights
Patches is provided for testing without promises beyond those the law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Formal governing-law, forum and liability language requires review once the operating company exists.
